Cross Country
Another season of cross country running at White Pines has just ended. The City Meet was held on October 21 at Kinsmen Park. Despite the rainy weather, our runners had good results. Rachel Brain was 6th overall in Senior Girls and Sean Plumley was 4th overall in Senior Boys. The midget girl team of Allison Holley, Kayla Stevens, Carly Broadbent, and Aurora Tynan earned a 2nd place team finish and advanced to NOSSA with Rachel and Sean.
NOSSA was held in North Bay on Oct 30. Allison Holley had a 6th place finish there. Congratulations to all the runners! Other team members this year were Justin Dubreuil, Ty Cobb, Jenna Murray, Hillary Pearse, Paige Fantasia, Cassandra Uusitalo, Tyler Moreau, Roy Belleau and Devin Errington.
