Junior Football
The Junior Wolverine Football Team was not successful on the scoreboard, but displayed a lot of heart and enthusiasm throughout the season. We had trouble in our last two games with players out with the flu and dressed only 16 and 15 players respectively. Those that did play, made a great effort and represented White Pines well. Next years senior team should look forward to the arrival of several players such as receivers Matt Fagan and Jordan Pine, quarterback Mitch Hayward- Murray, linebackers Dylan Ryan and Spencer Chamberlain, linemen Matt LaCasse, Rob Kemp, Hunter Leffler, Teagan Trudel and Jeremiah van Bentham as well as half back Greg Overman. The ten returning players will provide a good nucleus for next year’s team.
